Katrina Newlyn
Katrina has worked in dentistry since 1998, beginning her career as a dental nurse before progressing into management. She joined Chancery Dental and The Dental Centre eight years ago and now leads and supports Practice Managers, helping teams grow while creating positive patient experiences that build trust, confidence, and lifelong oral health.
Chloe Weston
Chloe has worked in dentistry for several years, progressing from dental nurse to treatment coordinator before becoming Practice Manager. She enjoys supporting her team, ensuring the practice runs smoothly, and helping every patient feel welcome and well cared for. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and making memories with her children.

Dr Anh Drew
Dr Anh Drew qualified from St Bartholomew’s and The London School of Dentistry in 1996 and has many years of experience providing gentle, high-quality dental care. Friendly, caring, and skilled at helping nervous patients feel at ease, she enjoys keeping teeth healthy while helping patients smile with confidence through both general and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr Tiago Rodrigues
Tiago graduated in Portugal before moving to England many years ago and he is one of our dentists at Chancery Dental in Thrapston. He enjoys both the clinical and social aspects of dentistry and values building relationships with his patients. Outside of work, he loves walking, playing sports with his children, and visiting amusement parks in his spare time.

Dr Tooba Zafar is a passionate dentist with over 10 years of clinical experience, dedicated to providing high-quality and patient-centred care. She has a special interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry and enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, functional, natural-looking smiles while building lasting relationships through compassionate care at Chancery Dental Thrapston.
Agnieszka Andrzejewska
Aggie is a friendly and dedicated Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist with a passion for preventative dentistry and patient care. She enjoys helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through gentle, personalised treatment. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and walking her Australian Labradoodle.
Emily Cave
Emily is a friendly and approachable Dental Hygienist who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit. She is passionate about promoting good oral health, providing gentle and supportive care, and making appointments as enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, Emily enjoys going to the gym, staying active, and discovering new places to eat.
Natalia Gorman
Natalia began her dental career in 2008 as a dental nurse before qualifying as a dental hygienist in 2023. She is passionate about preventative and holistic oral healthcare, creating a welcoming environment, and helping patients build lasting confidence through education, trust, and healthy smiles. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and hiking.
Manisha Chawla
I have been working in dentistry for seven years and enjoy helping patients achieve healthier, confident smile. I’m passionate about creating a positive experience and supporting patients throughout their dental journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and trying new places to eat (although I prefer eating to cooking!).

Tara Boasley
Tara has over 25 years of experience in dentistry across dental nursing, management, and patient care. She enjoys welcoming patients to the practice and helping make every visit a positive experience. Outside of work, Tara loves fishing with her husband and playing softball whenever she gets the chance.
Keri Linford
Keri is friendly and organised, dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every patient. She enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing appointments efficiently, and supporting the dental team to ensure the practice runs smoothly while helping every patient feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Katie Ellmer
Katie has worked at Chancery Dental as a dental nurse for two years and loves helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visits. She is kind, caring, and outgoing, always aiming to make people laugh and feel at ease while creating a friendly and relaxed environment where every patient feels welcome and cared for.
Molly Beverly
Molly qualified as a dental nurse in 2023 and is currently working towards gaining her radiography qualification. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit and loves seeing them leave with a smile. Outside of work, Molly enjoys keeping active, travelling, and exploring new places whenever she can.
Elena Hill
Elena has been a trainee dental nurse for nearly two years and loves being part of such a caring team. She enjoys looking after both the practice and its patients, always striving to make everyone feel relaxed, comfortable, and supported from the moment they walk through the door while continuing her journey in dentistry.
