Katrina Newlyn
Katrina has worked in dentistry since 1998, beginning her career as a dental nurse before progressing into management. She joined Chancery Dental and The Dental Centre eight years ago and now supports Practice Managers, helping teams grow while creating positive patient experiences that build trust, confidence, and lifelong oral health.
Meg Anderson
Meg has worked in dentistry since 2012, beginning her career as a dental nurse before progressing into a managerial role. She is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care, creating a positive experience for every patient, and supporting and mentoring her team to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Dentists
Dr James Anderson
James has been a dentist for over 40 years, with more than 25 years’ experience in implant dentistry. He has extensive expertise in dental implants, bone and soft tissue grafting, and is committed to providing personalised, patient-focused care that helps people restore their smile, confidence and ability to eat comfortably.
Dr Caroline Thomas
Caroline has worked in general dentistry since qualifying from UCL in 1991, building over three decades of experience in patient care. She is passionate about providing excellent dental care, creating a welcoming environment, and helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well looked after.
Dr Gurvinder Bhandal
Gurvinder qualified in 2017 and is completing a Master’s degree in Endodontology. He is passionate about providing high-quality care, making treatment as comfortable as possible, and helping every patient feel relaxed and confident throughout their visit.
Dr Hiren Vaghela
Hiren qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2016 before completing specialist training in Prosthodontics at King’s College London. He is passionate about complex restorative dentistry, dental implants, and providing honest, patient-centred care for every smile.
Richard Larratt
Richard is our hygienist and is known for his friendly, easy-going approach that helps patients feel relaxed throughout their appointments. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, cycling, and a strong black coffee, and loves spending quality time making memories with his two boys.
Hannah O'Brien
Hannah began her career in dentistry as a dental nurse before qualifying as a dental hygienist in 2017. She enjoys helping patients achieve healthier smiles through her gentle and reassuring approach. Outside of work, she loves baking, travelling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda Melton
Amanda has worked in dentistry for over 20 years. She enjoys helping patients feel welcome from the moment they arrive and providing excellent service throughout their visit. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and following rugby.
Lauren Buckseall
Lauren has worked as a dental nurse since 2019, and her favourite part of the role is connecting with people. She loves chatting with patients to help put them at ease, build their confidence, trust, and make every appointment a positive and comfortable experience from the moment they arrive.
Kerry Steptoe
Kerry has worked as a dental nurse for over 13 years, gaining experience in both military and civilian settings, including implant, surgical and sedation nursing. She loves getting to know her patients, taking an interest in their lives, and helping every visit feel as positive and stress-free as possible.
Mihaela Vataselu
Mihaela has worked in dentistry since qualifying as a dental nurse in 2020. She is passionate about providing high-quality patient care, helping people feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment, and creating positive experiences and lifelong oral health.
